1. Terms of Returns and Refund

1.1 For Drones Camera

• Motor or Fan Not Working – If there is an issue with Motor or fan, please let us know in 24 hours by email from the date of delivery, we will either repair it or replace the product as per issue. Please make a video for it.

• Stability Issue - If there is an issue with stability, please let us know in 24 hours by email from the date of delivery, we will repair it. Please make a video for it.

• If you found that adapter is not working, please let us know in 24 hours by email from the date of delivery, we will either repair or replace it as per issue. Please make a video for it.

• Remote or Any Part Damage – If there is damage, please let us know in 24 hours by email from the date of delivery, we will either repair it or replace the product. Please make a video for it.

• Don’t Like the Product / Or Quality - If receiver Don’t like the product in this case, DLiDR don’t accept the return or refund. We request you to read carefully our Return and Refund Policy before buying any product.

1.2 For Smartwatches

• If you found that adapter is not working, please let us know in 24 hours by email from the date of delivery, we will either repair or replace it as per issue. Please make a video for it.

• Any Part Damage – If there is damage, please let us know in 24 hours by email from the date of delivery, we will either repair it or replace the product. Please make a video for it.

• Don’t Like the Product / Or Quality - If receiver Don’t like the product in this case, DLiDR don’t accept the return or refund. We request you to read carefully our Return and Refund Policy before buying any product.

2. Return of or refund for purchased Products shall not be entertained if

• The product has been used apart from checking fit and comfort. If is satisfied that the product has been used for reasons apart from checking fit and comfort, we shall reserve the right to reject the return of the product.

• The price tags, brand tags, box, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories have been damaged or discarded.

• The accessories delivered with the Product (such as chargers, Remote, user manuals, etc.) are not returned along with the Product, in an undamaged condition.

• There are any dents, scratches, tears or any other damage to the Products or any part thereof. All Issues Must Be Informed to Us By 24 Hours After Receiving the Product at our support email address support@dlidr.store or on our WhatsApp no 9411785311 with appropriate Unboxing video and images.
  Note: all our products not come under easy returns or refund warranty. Please Read Carefully our returns and refund policy before buying a product.

Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Used or customized products are non-returnable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection. Exchanges depend on stock availability. For damaged or defective items, contact us promptly for resolution.
