Return & Refund Policy

At DLiDR, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the following terms:

1. Terms of Returns and Refund

1.1 For Drones Camera

  • Motor or Fan Not Working – If there is an issue with Motor or fan, please let us know in 24 hours by email from the date of delivery, we will either repair it or replace the product as per issue. Please make a video for it.

  • Stability Issue - If there is an issue with stability, please let us know in 24 hours by email from the date of delivery, we will repair it. Please make a video for it.

  • If you found that adapter is not working, please let us know in 24 hours by email from the date of delivery, we will either repair or replace it as per issue. Please make a video for it.

  • Remote or Any Part Damage – If there is damage, please let us know in 24 hours by email from the date of delivery, we will either repair it or replace the product. Please make a video for it.

  • Don’t Like the Product / Or Quality - If receiver Don’t like the product in this case, DLiDR don’t accept the return or refund. We request you to read carefully our Return and Refund Policy before buying any product.

1.2 For Smartwatches

  • If you found that adapter is not working, please let us know in 24 hours by email from the date of delivery, we will either repair or replace it as per issue. Please make a video for it.

  • Any Part Damage – If there is damage, please let us know in 24 hours by email from the date of delivery, we will either repair it or replace the product. Please make a video for it.

  • Don’t Like the Product / Or Quality - If receiver Don’t like the product in this case, DLiDR don’t accept the return or refund. We request you to read carefully our Return and Refund Policy before buying any product.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories/manuals included.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Items that are not in their original condition or missing parts.

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable).

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • For COD orders, we will issue the refund via bank transfer or UPI, as per your preference.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

5. Replacements / Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will replace it at no extra cost.

  • For exchanges due to change of preference (color/model), the customer may need to bear return shipping costs.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped for a full refund.

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as a return (see above).
